Cancellation Policy

All bookings and items are based on availability. New clients must apply in person during designated hours. Must present assigned client/member number to pick up groceries. Only one appointment per week, per client please. Failure to comply will result in removal from program benefits and membership will be redacted. Most importantly - WE ARE ALL VOLUNTEERS. Everyone you see and interact with (and many you don't) are here to donate/give their time and efforts to serve the community. Please, please, please - treat our HUG team with respect and patience <3
