Finding the silver linings in a sky full of clouds - with the help
of a new generation of hope.
In the midst of the stress and uncertainty surrounding Covid, quarantines, politics, the economy, and everything else in this crazy world right now - I always try to find the one bright spot to help get me through my day.
And I truly believe that there always IS one... you just have to know where to look.
Today, I didn’t have to look far.
Hearts United for Good received this message last night, and it COMPLETELY floored me. This act of kindness by an adult would be staggering, but by children??? It is literally indescribable goodness in it’s purest form.
Instead of choosing clothes, electronics, video games, or anything else - these kids made the decision to use their Christmas wish list and gift money to supply the people in tent city & other encampments with drinks, snacks, and other comfort items.
These kids, and these incredible hearts - are exactly what is going to save this world someday.
And I am beyond blessed to have a front row seat to watch it happen right now ❤️
